Melissa is the BEST! My daughter wanted to cut several inches off her hair, but Melissa wanted to make sure she didn't have any regrets so she cut 3 inches, showed her, and when my daughter wanted a few more inches off, she gladly obliged! GREAT customer service!

This was our first time at cookie cutters and we loved it! The atmosphere is super kid friendly which we loved! It put my 2 year old son completely at ease. The stylist was super sweet and great with my son which I really appreciated. We will only be getting his hair cut here from now on. I highly recommend them!

We took our son for his first haircut. He is TERRIFIED of new places but Courtney was amazing. She was able to work some magic in a very short amount of time and our son looks adorable. We will definitely be back!
