Stylist was no well trained. Left my child with completely uneven hair and I had to point it out to her after she was about to put gel in his hair.

So I may my son appointment weeks ago and I also ask for either Melissa or hope… I’ve tried other stylist when either one of them isn’t here because any time I have someone else do it my son hair always ends up messed up. I get there today for our appointment and another girl comes out to get Gavin and I asked her if hope was here and she said no she is off today granted my confirmation says hope, she begins to cut my sons hair which was to short he was almost bald good thing I was able to stop her before it was to late. I was upset because if hope was taken off the schedule I would have liked to of been called with that information of her not being there today instead of not knowing till I get all the way there to tell me about. A girl that was there was very rude to me about it saying it’s her schedule they knew nothing about it. That’s not a good enough reason!!! I’m sure when they came in the schedule was looked at for the day and the professional thing to do would have called me when they noticed I requested hope… what’s the point of requesting someone if they are not who you get when you get there. Was very upset leaving today.

I made appointment on the app requested a certain stylist didn’t get that stylist and it was just a very unorganized environment they did not give me the child’s package that I requested they instead charged me for a bang trim instead Maybe I wanted the certificate and stuff all I received was a piece of hair it could have been a way better experience for my child’s first haircut that’s all we have since went else where

The place was very noisy. Each station had TV's and made it hard to hear the stylist. There was hair covering the rug in front of the cashier's station. The hairstylists were not friendly, my daughter wanted a trim and several inches were taken off. When we entered, we were handed a paper to fill out and an unsanitized pen, the seats and counters were not wiped after customers left. The seating was not spaced out, so most people were within 6 ft of each other. The mirrors were too high and my daughter did not see the back of hair. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Took my son to get a haircut and we left with this. Mind you he’s 7, he’s very used to haircuts and know’s to stay still. I ended up having to take him somewhere else to get it fixed because he had school pictures the next day. When I asked about a refund the stylist that cut his hair took my information down and said she would have her manager contact me since she wasn’t able to do it. 2 days later, no contact so I call up the store. The same stylist answered and she told me her manager let her know they don’t do refunds and I guess the manager was just never going to contact me to tell me that. No refunds? Where on their website/in store does it say they don’t offer refunds? Nowhere. I honestly don’t blame the girl that cut his hair either which is why I’m not posting her name in this review. To be honest, it seems like a deeper issue like poor management. This poor girl was slammed with haircuts back to back and she was the only one there, no manager, no other stylist to help, nothing. She was falling behind on appointments and I could tell she was rushing, is it an excuse to rush and give a bad haircut? Not really I’d rather get rescheduled, but I understand she was overwhelmed. Maybe if management hadn’t scheduled her as the only stylist this may not have happened. I paid more for a crooked bad haircut here than I did to Super Cuts across the street for fixing it.

My child’s first haircut was cancelled and he had to watch his brother get his hair cut. I was not asked which child I would like to have had their haircut. Found out only some kids were cancelled. So since some kids were taken my one child was 25 min late. Very rude and “not my problem” attitude from stylist and receptionist. Was told we were next and then rudely told nope when they took someone else in front of us who arrived after us. Had to console my child who didn’t get their hair cut. If you are going to cancel some appointments and not others don’t break up a family appointment.
