Employees seemed disinterested. Even though my child was sitting still, the stylist mentioned how impressed she was, there was a giant uneven chunk taken out by his ear. To fix it would have only made it more noticeable, so now we just have a bad cut for awhile...

Our son was exceptionally behaved for a toddler. The stylist took less than the whole time allotted for the haircut and it is extremely choppy and uneven. He loves going to this salon because of the kid chairs but his hair looks so bad. I did not see it was so choppy until we got home. For his patience and behavior, I think it should have come out far better.

The appointment was at 10:45, Hope took Lucy back early, but when the appointment who was originally ahead of us walked it, rushed the cut and didn't dry or style her hair. Never coming back.not worth 30 bucks, I'll go spend the $50 and have someone who actually cares do her hair!

Hair dresser was very impatient with my 2 year old son who has never received haircut. I understand Working with toddlers is tedious but that is profession they personally chose and I feel they should be passionate about rather than being impatient with children.. Sasha I believe was the name of technician.

The haircut received was nothing like the photo I presented or what I asked for. I feel like I could have given my child a botched haircut at home. Very annoyed to have to pay for a service from someone who clearly does not have the training to cut hair.
