Wonderful service tonight. My 2 year old was a little less then thrilled to have his hair cut (ok so he screamed the whole time 😂) but the lady who cut his hair (I feel bad I don’t remember her name) did such an amazing job with him. She was quick and efficient and super friendly! All while helping teach a new hair stylist!!

My son had an appointment at 3:15, we got there at 3:10 and 3 kids were in the middle of getting their haircut. My son didn’t get seen until 3:40, my son has Down syndrome and when he has to wait for a long period of time he gets upset, that is why I make appointments close to closing time. Last time we went had a great experience today was not a good experience.

The chairs and floors were a little dirty. It’s a big place, so I imagine it’s hard to keep totally hair-free, but I feel like frequently vacuuming throughout the day would help this, instead of a broom.
