Felt very safe with Covid precautions. Super happy to get an appointment later in the evening, we were the only ones in there. I called ahead to ask the stylist to wear a mask, and everything felt very safe, especially with kids being unable to get vaccinated. The stylist did a great job too! Thorough but efficient!

This was our first time at cookie cutters and we loved it! The atmosphere is super kid friendly which we loved! It put my 2 year old son completely at ease. The stylist was super sweet and great with my son which I really appreciated. We will only be getting his hair cut here from now on. I highly recommend them!

My sons haircut looked awful and I had to fix it myself the best I could as soon as we got home. Sweet girl but I do not think she really knew what she was doing. Also the haircut was supposed to be around $10 after coupon and I was still charged full price??? I don’t think I’ll ever be back. This was just an unacceptably bad experience. I was and still am very upset. All I asked for was a simple mid-fade and to keep most of his length on top. What I thought was a pretty basic clipper haircut. My expectations were reasonable seeing as my son isn’t the best at being still but the haircut and her whole technique was just bad.

Melissa is the BEST! My daughter wanted to cut several inches off her hair, but Melissa wanted to make sure she didn't have any regrets so she cut 3 inches, showed her, and when my daughter wanted a few more inches off, she gladly obliged! GREAT customer service!
