From the moment she called our name to come back, she seemed to already not be in a good mood. She (unlike everyone else that we’ve been to at that location) didn’t allow my son to choose which seat he wanted to be in. I made a comment that he’d like to sit in the minion chair and she said he was too small so she picked for him to sit in the red car. Once she saw him squirming to get out of that seat she said we could change to the minion. I told her it was fine as we were already sitting and in a chair that we’d just stay. She turned around and faced the mirror and rolled her eyes. She then asked how we wanted his haircut. I told her I wasn’t sure of the numbers, but I know that Hannah had put notes on his chart from the past two times that we visited with her. She argued and said that there were no notes in his file. I explain to her Hannah found the notes on his last visit with the exact numbers that she used on him. She refused to look in his chart again to see if there were notes and instead we had to figure out again which numbers were appropriate for my sons haircut. I will be back but will make sure that I never have Chewy as the stylist.

Hair dresser was very impatient with my 2 year old son who has never received haircut. I understand Working with toddlers is tedious but that is profession they personally chose and I feel they should be passionate about rather than being impatient with children.. Sasha I believe was the name of technician.

Great staff. This location needs updates. E.g. Cars/planes need replacement or repair.

We have been here several times for haircuts and even though I don't think his haircuts look the best I would continue to go because he likes it there and they're good with him. However, I think it is absolutely ridiculous that staff is working closely with children this age and not wearing masks at a time when cases are this high. My son is not old enough to be vaccinated and we won't be back while the pandemic is still in this state.

We scheduled our appointment on the new app for the store. We scheduled it for 5:30pm and received confirmation for 5:30pm. When we went in we were told we were 15 minutes late because our appointment popped up in the system at the store as 5:15pm. I am not sure if someone moved our appointment and did not tell us or the system did not carry it over correctly, but it should be looked into. Thank you
