We didn’t have an appointment, just walked in, spur of the moment. They were able to fit my daughter in for a quick trim. I love that they have Netflix or Disney plus, both things that my kid watches. She’s shy and timid, so it’s always rough getting through it without tears. But the environment is everything we need to make it the best experience for her! My only negative comment is the price. It’s so pricey just for a kids trim. I guess maybe you’re paying for the atmosphere and all of that too, idk. Just wish it was a little more affordable.

Today we had the best service to date! I was truly thrilled with the stylist who worked with us. My son was very nervous and apprehensive, as he had had negative experiences elsewhere. She did phenomenal! She was quick, effective, and patient. We will be returning, specifically to see the stylist- I believe her name was Angela!
