I’m so grateful for Courtney. I have an autistic son and she tolerates meltdowns amazing. She gives him breaks, understands his needs, sprays the water in her hand and then puts it on his hair, and turns his favorite shows on during haircuts. Thank you, Courtney!

I want to start off by saying that everytime that we have come aside from this last time was with Melissa. Who we love so much. She has never made any mistakes. My daughter loved her. She is insanely friendly. Which is why we have continued to come. But I'm not sure that we will be anymore. Melissa wasn't available when I booked the appointment so I booked with the only one available. Still with high hopes we would have the same great experience. Which we did not. While the lady was nice that did her hair she didn't really talk to us at all. Which all the appointments we have been to have never been like that. But our problem was that she didn't blow dry her hair. So I couldn't see how uneven it was until we got back home. She has a lot of longer pieces. She has some that are shorter. She wanted her hair cut up to her shoulders and I asked her to add light layers. It is super choppy looking and I have had to schedule another hair appointment somewhere else to have it fixed. Very disappointed.

My son was getting his first haircut and it couldn’t have went any better! He is nosy, but was treated with patience and understanding. His cut turned out great and I really couldn’t be happier with our experience! Hannah did great!

Our son was exceptionally behaved for a toddler. The stylist took less than the whole time allotted for the haircut and it is extremely choppy and uneven. He loves going to this salon because of the kid chairs but his hair looks so bad. I did not see it was so choppy until we got home. For his patience and behavior, I think it should have come out far better.
