We had amazing service today and highly recommend Cookie Cutters. Our stylist was amazing as well and we will definitely be back. My son struggled with getting his hair cut today and didn’t want to sit and cried, but our stylist was so patient with him and we worked together to finish his cut. And it looks great!

Absolutely chopped my sons hair and messed it up. As you can see in the picture I uploaded there is a huge chunk of hair missing in front and it looks like the hairstylist tried to give him layers on top. He started school the next day and we didn’t have time to go somewhere else to get it fixed. My husband is the one who took our son to the appointment. If I had been there I would have complained and definitely not have paid for this terrible haircut. We will not be back to Cookie Cutters. We have had less than enjoyable experiences in the past and gave it another go because my son wanted to go there. Overpriced and poor quality.

We arrived a couple of minutes early for our appointment and my daughter (she's 9 yo) played a projector/motion sensor type floor game that was available for the kids and which she really enjoyed. They were ready for her on time. My daughter had a special request and the hairdresser had helpful suggestions. The haircut took an appropriate amount of time (about 10 minutes) and we were pleased with the results. We will continue to get her hair cut here until she decides she's too grown up to go to a kids place.
