We used a different person for my sons hair cut, and this person ended up messing it up because my son was squirming, Melissa who we usually use is so great in handling him having to move a bit, but this different person we had, messed up my sons cut that it was shorter than what i would have liked.

I was hesitant to bring my child to get a haircut since we had a bad experience in the past. It was a very good experience this time. The young lady was nice and did a wonderful job.

Grayson is a toddler that is very finicky and will refuse haircuts. I have tried and have been unsuccessful. This is his second time coming to cookie cutters. Hope was terrific. He felt at ease and let her finish his cut. She did it all with the buzz clippers, which he's not a fan of. But he was fine until the very very end around the eaes, just a couple wispy hairs. I was so impressed and excited because he finally was able to get his long hair cut

Hope cut my child's hair. Hope was honest and upfront about my child's haircut and her expertise with hair. Which was greatly appreciated. Hope gave valuable advice and information for future return haircuts.
