Our son was exceptionally behaved for a toddler. The stylist took less than the whole time allotted for the haircut and it is extremely choppy and uneven. He loves going to this salon because of the kid chairs but his hair looks so bad. I did not see it was so choppy until we got home. For his patience and behavior, I think it should have come out far better.

Employees seemed disinterested. Even though my child was sitting still, the stylist mentioned how impressed she was, there was a giant uneven chunk taken out by his ear. To fix it would have only made it more noticeable, so now we just have a bad cut for awhile...

Wasn't very clean. Staff not super friendly. Didn't dry hair left wet in the cold weather. Got into the car for the cut and it was full of hair probably won't return.

Pleasant reception but the airplane seat had broken parts, scared my daughter by not using detangler/pulling too hard, and her bangs look terrible!

I did not book with anyone. The salon booked my child with a stylist who was running late. So my appointment was at 945 and didn’t get started till 1015. Other appointments who had later appointments went before us because there stylist wasn’t running behind. I’m not happy with this service

Most stylists here do a great job but the one I got today was horrible. My son's hair looks choppy and his bangs are very uneven. She brought out clippers when I was looking at my son, not her, even though I said scissors only because they scare him. He got more upset and she ended up scratching his neck in two places which upset him even more. I ended up having to hold him in my lap he was crying.
