The environment is a fun environment for children. I took my grandson for the first time and I wasn't given much instruction as if I'd been there before. The stylist was polite but not friendly or a "kid" person. She was frustrated when my 3-year-old grandson didn't do what she asked. I brought him here because I thought the staff would be more inclined to kids and the idea that they may not cooperate. My grandson is very ticklish and so this created a few issues during the hair washing and trimming up with clippers. When we got done it was just "okay your done"...not go get a sticker, sucker, balloon, pay, etc. I was NOT impressed at all with the service especially for $30 for what I was hoping would be a great experience for my grandson.

Will never come back. Have to take my child to another salon to fix the horrible "haircut" my child received today. I don't think the person has any training with how my child's hair was left.....what was left. Go elsewhere. Save your self.

The haircut is very uneven and choppy. I’ve never had a problem with my son getting his hair cut until this person cut his hair. She was very forceful with the clippers and didn’t show them to him like they’ve done in the past. Not much patience for working with children. I would expect more since I bring my child there especially for their expertise with children.

My sons haircut looked awful and I had to fix it myself the best I could as soon as we got home. Sweet girl but I do not think she really knew what she was doing. Also the haircut was supposed to be around $10 after coupon and I was still charged full price??? I don’t think I’ll ever be back. This was just an unacceptably bad experience. I was and still am very upset. All I asked for was a simple mid-fade and to keep most of his length on top. What I thought was a pretty basic clipper haircut. My expectations were reasonable seeing as my son isn’t the best at being still but the haircut and her whole technique was just bad.

We normally see Melissa and she wasn't available. Our sons hair looks like I cut it. It is absolutely horrible and I don't think it could even be fixed with a visit again like they offered to do.

Below is the message I emailed to the Contact Us email associated with this location. We visited on today. I made appointments for my daughters on Sunday but the app offered them 1 hour apart. When we arrived, I was told that stylists were running behind. I waited for 20-25 minutes for an appointment I was 10 minutes early for. Finally, my daughter was seen. The stylist was nice. Our appointment took less than 15 minutes. I waited another 15 for my second appointment. It seemed I waited for clients who weren’t there yet. Do you take clients in order of scheduling? And not in order of arrival? If so, that might be why the stylist were 20 minutes behind when we arrived for our first appointment. Our second appointment took less than 15 minutes - 10 by my calculations. Our stylist was very good. I followed the mask policies outlined online. Other clientele did not. It’s gross. Why have a policy if you don’t intent to enforce it? Some of us may still need to groom our children while caring for the elderly. We won’t be returning to Cookie Cutters. End of an era. I appreciate you reading this.
