MELISSA WAS OUTSTANDING. SHE ASKED QUESTIONS TO UNDERSTAND OUR WNATS, SHE CHECKED ALONG THE WAY TO MAKE SURE ALL WAS WELL, AND SHE TREATED OUR GRANDAIUGHTER LIKE A PRINCESS; BRAID & GLITTER. SUGGESTION: IT WAS OUR FIRST VISIT, SO WE SAT DOWN NOT REALIZING YOU NEED TO SIGN IN. PERHAPS A WAY TO LET PEOPLE KKNOW IN CASE THEY ARE FIRST TIME VISITORS.

Friendly atmosphere and pretty quick service. I wish it was geared towards bigger kids too. My son is 5, but he is really too tall for most all the chairs. There are two regular seats but nothing to keep him occupied. At one location they do have video games which is great when it works.

I understand kids move around a lot. I wish there was a way to prevent so much hair getting all over them. Not sure if getting all the hair out of the seats or longer capes would help
