Price for haircut with hard line was $16. Seems pricey for a toddler haircut. But overall good service and environment.

The kids seats are run down looking and need new ones. My 7 year old only fits in the regular seats. It would be nice to have something for kids a little older. My child has developmental delays and ADHD. I bring him to Melissa because her patients with him and she is who he is use to. If not, I would take him somewhere else.

Hope was amazing! It was my child’s first haircut and she not only stayed calm and gracious, but also managed to give him a great haircut while he screamed and thrashed the whole time. So appreciative that we got Hope for this first cut! We’ll definitely request her in the future

My only complaint is why have a late policy if you don’t follow it. We got to my sons appointment 30 minutes early and then there was two people who showed up 10-15 minutes late but was taken back before us. Don’t have a late policy if you aren’t going to follow it.
