I want to start off by saying that everytime that we have come aside from this last time was with Melissa. Who we love so much. She has never made any mistakes. My daughter loved her. She is insanely friendly. Which is why we have continued to come. But I'm not sure that we will be anymore. Melissa wasn't available when I booked the appointment so I booked with the only one available. Still with high hopes we would have the same great experience. Which we did not. While the lady was nice that did her hair she didn't really talk to us at all. Which all the appointments we have been to have never been like that. But our problem was that she didn't blow dry her hair. So I couldn't see how uneven it was until we got back home. She has a lot of longer pieces. She has some that are shorter. She wanted her hair cut up to her shoulders and I asked her to add light layers. It is super choppy looking and I have had to schedule another hair appointment somewhere else to have it fixed. Very disappointed.

This is our son's 3rd hair cut, the first 2 went great. This time the stylist did not put a cape on our son because he pulled at it one time and then she said that she would clean him up afterwards and she blew him with a dryer for 1 second then put some powder on his shirt, I spent 5 minutes just trying to get the hair off him. I had to take his shirt off and shake it out and use a bunch of wipes just to get him moderately cleaned up. She gave him a sucker before the cut and he got hair all over it and he kept putting it in his mouth. None of the stylists wore masks. Then we had the same girl for our daughter and she took a half inch off of the back of her hair and that was it. She didn't put on cocomelon like we asked. She was very nice but she seemed very inexperienced. I have hair all over me, it's all over the car, and our son.

We had his hair faded to a fohawk and his bangs are not straight at all unfortunately and from the top of his head to where it starts fading it just pops out it's hard to explain it wasn't faded in but after the cut I couldn't tell because his hair was spiked. The woman that cut his hair was extremely nice and great but I just wish his bangs were straight they go down with a hard slant.

I brought a 2 year old in for a haircut. He was the only one getting his haircut at the time so there was adequate time for patience. He was having a difficult time with the cut. The stylist just kept trying to cut his hair while he was squirming about. Felt she needed to have a little more patience and wait for him to not be so squirmy. He had moments of calm where he would let her cut. I didn't expect it to be perfect but have had his haircut here before and it was much neater. Had to clean up around ears as many hairs on both sides were too long and the sides were not even. Great concept for salon and have taken 5 year old and cut was fine, but also had a different stylist that seemed more experienced.

We go here because they give good haircuts. I am disappointed that it is ok for staff to be late giving the appointment time, when it is unacceptable for us to be late. No apology given as others without an appointment walked in front of us.

Staff was not very friendly or engaging with child. No one greeted when we came in.
