Melissa is the entire reason we come to cookie cutters. My son has been seeing her for years and at two different locations now. She knows how to properly his difficult hair. She is also always able to my anxious kid at ease which isn't always easy. Even as he is getting older he asks to go see her for his hair.

This is our son's 3rd hair cut, the first 2 went great. This time the stylist did not put a cape on our son because he pulled at it one time and then she said that she would clean him up afterwards and she blew him with a dryer for 1 second then put some powder on his shirt, I spent 5 minutes just trying to get the hair off him. I had to take his shirt off and shake it out and use a bunch of wipes just to get him moderately cleaned up. She gave him a sucker before the cut and he got hair all over it and he kept putting it in his mouth. None of the stylists wore masks. Then we had the same girl for our daughter and she took a half inch off of the back of her hair and that was it. She didn't put on cocomelon like we asked. She was very nice but she seemed very inexperienced. I have hair all over me, it's all over the car, and our son.

I loved this location. We usually go to miamisburg but this location was much cleaner and the employees were way more friendly. Definitely will be recommending and returning from this day forward.

Pretty sure the girl was under the influence of marijuana, her hands reeked of it, ny child’s hair looks absolutely terrible and I have never had a bad experience here until now. The more she tried to fix it… the worse it got. Now my son is out here with a lopsided hair cut and he looks ridiculous

Melissa is amazing! She is the only one I want to cut my sons hair. She is professional and very skilled!! I don’t know that much about what cuts, styles, and options are - but she listened to what I was generally wanting and knew what needed to be done. If I wanted something a bit shorter/different, she listened and made that happen. When my daughter needs her first haircut, I’ll be requesting her!

I booked online but when I got to the salon I was told I did not have an appointment. Even after I showed the stylist my confirmed appointment on the app and in email, she continued to make me feel as if I were in the wrong. Thankfully Courtney came to the rescue and fit us in. We love his cut and she was so kind. Thank you Cortney for turning our negative experience into a positive one! You Rock!!
