My child’s first haircut was cancelled and he had to watch his brother get his hair cut. I was not asked which child I would like to have had their haircut. Found out only some kids were cancelled. So since some kids were taken my one child was 25 min late. Very rude and “not my problem” attitude from stylist and receptionist. Was told we were next and then rudely told nope when they took someone else in front of us who arrived after us. Had to console my child who didn’t get their hair cut. If you are going to cancel some appointments and not others don’t break up a family appointment.

My son still hasn't gotten used to haircuts yet, but the staff are always so kind and patient with him. I know eventually he will be comfortable with the experience because he's being treated so kindly!

Love going here. My sons hair always looks great and everything is so cute. The staff is very friendly. I just never see anyone really wiping/sanitizing things down. There was a little boy that coughed on the counter when getting a sucker. No one sprayed or wiped anything.
