This was a bizarre experience. I made an appointment online with the person we usually go to. I was called to confirm the appointment and told then our usual girl was on vacation. They had already switched us to someone else which I said was fine but I made the appointment with a specific person for a reason. Then I was immediately called back to say they actually needed to switch us to someone else. I again agreed. I was called a third time to be told the appointment time needed to be switched. Our son's haircut was okay it wasn't great and not what we are used to. I"m not sure what the point of making an appointment ahead of time with a specific person is if its going to be changed multiple times. I would have preferred a phone call off the bat to say our usual person was on vacation and I would have waited until she came back.

The environment is kid friendly and they are very good with kids. Eli loves the special chairs they get to sit in. Having cartoons on is a great distraction while they get their hair cut. Always have a good experience at Cookie Cutters.
