Most stylists here do a great job but the one I got today was horrible. My son's hair looks choppy and his bangs are very uneven. She brought out clippers when I was looking at my son, not her, even though I said scissors only because they scare him. He got more upset and she ended up scratching his neck in two places which upset him even more. I ended up having to hold him in my lap he was crying.

Hairstylist is amazing! The wait time with appointment was a little long. The receptionist wasn’t keeping the stylist appointments flowing and the stylist had to jump in and provide her with help with the clients coming in, and the phone ringing, and with the COVID-19 check-ins, and cashing customers out, which was delaying appointments.

Melissa is the best. She took my son over a year ago, afraid to get his hair cut after some bad experiences, and now he sits still and loves to get his hair cut. She gets the style down each time and is incredibly professional each time. I also appreciated the counter staff immediately identifying my son had a birthday this month and granted me a discount without my asking. I have recommended this Cookie Cutters location to many other families and hope they take advantage of this location.
