We love Melissa! She's so patient and caring with our son who really does not enjoy getting his haircut. She's always so sweet to him and he looks great when she's done!

Staff wasn't friendly at all. The website is VERY misleading. The website claims they are very good with kids and will tend to kids' needs with disabilities. Website explained they used distractions and toys, tvs, etc. They did NONE of that. We explained my son had down syndrome and had a sensory issue with his hair being cut. No one helped distract him, didn't offer the tv, no toys, she didn't even talk to my son. Was a complete disaster and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I will not be back. Not to mention the haircut is awful, its very uneven and has a huge chunk missing on one side that is VERY noticeable. We live over an hour away and traveled that far hoping we would have a new hair salon to take our son to but that wasn't the case.

It was perfect! My son has slight autism, this was his first haircut. Melissa and staff were excellent. He was very comfortable around her and she did a marvelous job. We will be back!
