Over all it was a great experience for my sons first haircut. They were real friendly and involved with him. Although I do wish the chairs were a little cleaner. When I sat him down I seen hair all over the chair. Other than that I was impressed!

Cookie cutters did a great job for my son. It was his first haircut and even though he cried almost the whole time they were very professional and nice to him. Not to mention they were understanding and continued to use positive reinforcement to get him through. He did a great job it looks great. And the hairstylist in an amazing job also.

My son absolutely hates haircuts and screams and cries for almost the entire haircut. The stylists at cookie cutters are always so kind and patient with him.
