Overall a good experience and the stylist was great. The place was a little dirty it could use a good scrubbing but very kid friendly. My appointment was at 12:45 and they didn't start cutting my child's hair until 1:20 so I wish they would stick closer to the scheduled time since I was on a time crunch and thought I had an appointment slot.

Lexi cut my son Samuels hair and she was great, but when we first got in the door I was 2nd in line and I am a big person with medical issues and I have a mobility scooter to get around. Well, the receptionist, Ellie, completely ignored me and actually looked OVER me and asked the guy behind me about checking in information. It was not an accident, it was intentional. She completely ignored me. I was literally crying and mad. My sister that was with me is a care group very and helps with me and she refuses to let me just be ignored and she went over and dealt with Ellie for me because I was upset and she apparently wanted to ignore me. So my sister checked my son in for me. Lexi apologized for Ellie's actions but she shouldn't have had to. Lexi was great. Once she found out why I was crying and stuff, she did everything she could to make sure I was included and seen.

I made an appointment online and had a confirmation email. We got there early and they didn’t have us on their schedule and ended up taking several people with later appointments before us. Luckily we weren’t in a hurry so we went and got a snack and came back but hopefully that doesn’t happen again.

No staff ever introduces themselves. And they never where name tags.

My son haircut didn’t seem even. There were some patches of hair longer than others and I had to go back and trim part of his bangs because they were too long..
