Overall we had a good experience here. I truly understand that trying to open and run an business under the new health requirements it challenging. So I appreciate your ability to still serve the community and take extra precautions. The only thing I would have appreciated was an email or text prior to my appointment alerting clients to the new protocol. Especially having to go to the front door and check in only to be asked to go back to the car and wait. While I don’t disagree with this, so that you can limit the number of people in the store. It is difficult to get children all unbuckled and out of the car just to be asked to get them back in and wait. A simple “what to expect” or updated policy would have been great especially for parents of the small children you serve.

Stylist didn't seem very personable. My son enjoyed playing on the apparatus provided. There was hair in the chair from a previous client and I witnessed the stylist simply blow the hair from my son's cut out of the chair with her blow dryer vs sweeping it up and throwing it out. Sanitation doesn't seem to be the highest priority.

The stylist my son had wasn’t very patient or friendly with him. She didn’t like that he moved his head to be nosey. He’s two and is very curious. We’ve never had any issues prior to today’s visit. She wasn’t very present and caring of how I wanted his hair.

Over all it was a great experience for my sons first haircut. They were real friendly and involved with him. Although I do wish the chairs were a little cleaner. When I sat him down I seen hair all over the chair. Other than that I was impressed!

I had an appointment and my child was seated immediately. The receptionist started up a show on the tv while we waited for the stylist. The stylist came out of the back in a minute or two and began cutting. My child is pretty cooperative and the cut lasted about twenty minutes. I have been to this location several times and have had this stylist twice. This is the second time I was highly dissatisfied with a haircut. At first, she cut only the sides and I requested to trim the top. She trimmed the top so slightly my child’s bangs were still in his eyes. Then I asked to trim it back a little more, this is when she hacked away and left the front so uneven it looked like I did his hair. I think next time, I will reserve with another stylist, however it does need to be addressed and advised to others of the situation.
