This was a bizarre experience. I made an appointment online with the person we usually go to. I was called to confirm the appointment and told then our usual girl was on vacation. They had already switched us to someone else which I said was fine but I made the appointment with a specific person for a reason. Then I was immediately called back to say they actually needed to switch us to someone else. I again agreed. I was called a third time to be told the appointment time needed to be switched. Our son's haircut was okay it wasn't great and not what we are used to. I"m not sure what the point of making an appointment ahead of time with a specific person is if its going to be changed multiple times. I would have preferred a phone call off the bat to say our usual person was on vacation and I would have waited until she came back.

I booked online but when I got to the salon I was told I did not have an appointment. Even after I showed the stylist my confirmed appointment on the app and in email, she continued to make me feel as if I were in the wrong. Thankfully Courtney came to the rescue and fit us in. We love his cut and she was so kind. Thank you Cortney for turning our negative experience into a positive one! You Rock!!

Brought my young toddler here for their first haircut. I was expecting to be sat in one of their regular chairs with him on my lap (just for the first time) but they immediately told me to buckle him into one of the cars without asking us what we preferred. There wasn’t much done in the way of ensuring he was comfortable during this new, weird experience he was going through. I feel like if you offer a first haircut package you should expect younger children to come in and have someone who goes out of their way to distract them or make it seem less scary for them.
