I loved how patient Melissa was with my child as he couldn't figure out what show to watch. At the end of our visit, she took the time to ask the receptionist to type in notes about what tools it took to achieve the perfect cut. I'm so thankful for this because now my child will get a more uniform cut no matter which Cookie Cutters we go to.
