MELISSA WAS OUTSTANDING. SHE ASKED QUESTIONS TO UNDERSTAND OUR WNATS, SHE CHECKED ALONG THE WAY TO MAKE SURE ALL WAS WELL, AND SHE TREATED OUR GRANDAIUGHTER LIKE A PRINCESS; BRAID & GLITTER. SUGGESTION: IT WAS OUR FIRST VISIT, SO WE SAT DOWN NOT REALIZING YOU NEED TO SIGN IN. PERHAPS A WAY TO LET PEOPLE KKNOW IN CASE THEY ARE FIRST TIME VISITORS.
