Appointments never start on time, 20-30 minutes off. That’s an eternity to an overbooked busy parent. First visit, haircut took almost an hour; second haircut took 10 minutes. My son left with hair all over his shirt, uneven cut, neglected areas, just overall not great. The store itself appears dingy and dirty. We will not be returning.

Daughter needed a couple inches taken off the length which isn't complicated but much more attention to detail could have been given. The total time we were in the salon was 15 minutes - hair was brushed once, trimmed and we were sent on our way. The cut was rushed, not even at the bottom and I, the parent, was not asked to review when finished. Salon was not busy. We will not be back.

Our son came for his hair cut with long beautiful curls, we asked for it to just tighten up around the bottom to get rid of the mullet look that was growing in. The stylist said she was going to trim it along the ears and back, but she cut it down so short he looks like a different child. He doesn't have a single curl left and her comment was "well they should grow back!". When she explicitly said "trim", I would never have assumed she was going to cut his hair where she needed to use a shaver to trim it. I do not believe we will go back. My husband was definitely horrified when I brought our son home!

Our appointment was scheduled at 4 and we weren’t taken in until 4:35 with no communication or apology about running late

Scheduled a appt for wash and cut. Did not receive shampoo and stylist was not receptive to parents requests, was still charged for it. Haircut is not the best, have been to sharkeys and the experience was much better.

I was very dismayed when we showed up for our appointments only to find out that 1. our appointment times had been changed from what I had booked through the app and 2. the professionals cutting my kids' hair was changed. I had specifically requested times that backed up to each other so we could go from one cut to the next. I had specifically requested the same professional because she always does a nice job with my kids' hair, doesn't make fun of them (as others have at that shop) and that way I only had to tip ONE person. This will likely be one of our last visits to your shop. I was told when I inquired about the changes that "oh, the app sucks, you really should call for appointments." Well, this takes me back to when I used to try and "walk in" when the sign on the door said "Walk Ins WELCOME" and was told "sorry, you really have to make an appointment". This is garbage and not the way a professional business should be run. I can't wait until Funky Scissors opens a shop on our side of town.
