The location overall was really nice. The receptionist was very rude and was on her phone while ringing me up. When I got there she said I was late so they probably wouldn’t be able to take me. A hair dresser jumped in and told her they could. I was only ab five minutes late. I’m on the fence about if we will come back.

The person the cut Wyatt's hair had to go back over it a few times because it wasn't cut right, this isn't the 1st time I have to have someone recut one of my boys hair.

Always consistent and a good cut. Would love if you guys were open on Sunday. Many parents work during the week and the option of having an extra weekend day to get haircuts done would be nice.

The receptionist was extremely rude, but the stylist Kassandra was great. We'll continue coming to the salon but very disappointed by how rude the receptionist was.

The stylist missed a large section in the back of my son's head that I didn't notice until I got home. I had to fix it myself. I didn't prefer the way she trimmed his bangs (she struggled to get them shorter and even) compared to other stylists. Otherwise, she was nice and worked will with my son who is almost 1 1/2 years old.
