People were allowed to wait inside prior to their appointment and with covid growing so fast, I was not comfortable. Additionally, the receptionist interrupted our cut 4 separate times.

Response from Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids

I am very sorry but this was an exception to the rules and current procedure because they had suffered a power surge and the phones and computer were out of service for about 3 days. I think you will find that the normal procedure is to call from your car upon arrival and then they ask you to wait outside until the chair has been thoroughly sanitized. I hope you will consider giving us another try.

The lady who cut my sons hair was FANTASTIC (I sincerely wish I remembered her name)!!! He hates his hair being cut, but she was so patient and so gentle with him. It is usually a traumatizing experience, but he did wonderful with her patience. The other woman working even assisted with “distractions” and wiping away itchy hairs. Both of these ladies deserve recognition.

We had a great experience at Cookie Cutters today. I had only booked one of my sons for a haircut but decided last minute to get hair cuts for his two little brothers as well. Kim did an amazing job finding a way to fit all my boys in and gave them awesome hair cuts as well. She and her co-worker (not sure her name) were both working super hard today for all the back to school kids and I just appreciated all the efforts Kim went to to get all 3 of my boys' hair cut. She asked for my feedback on their cuts and listened to what I had to say. Truly a positive experience and she was so sweet to my boys too. Thank you!!!

Our stylist was great with our son. Very patient and interactive.The receptionist and all the other staff were great as well. We went to this one due to the Grove City locations unfriendly environment and it worked out great. We didn’t even tell them our experience at the Grove City location and they made our experience well worth the drive. Thank you!!!!
