They changed sign in papers and forgot about us, it was a 2 hour wait and they my son has a bald spot in his haircut. With all this they didn’t even offer a discount. I could have done a better job cutting his hair and the two hour wait was because they didn’t make sure they got everybody off the first list before they moved on to the second. Very unprofessional

I am very sorry for the experience you had at our salon yesterday. I know it is not a good excuse but we were experiencing a failure in our service from AT&T therefor having to process all credit cards manually and this had us in a bit of a pickle. I was there, myself, and feel terribly about your long wait. I wish I had stopped being so frazzled and acknowledged my regret and apologies better to you during your visit. As far as the poor haircut, this surprises me and I would like to make this entire situation right for you. Customer service and beautiful haircuts are our goal. Most of our customers are repeat clients for many years because they are happy with our services in every way. I don't feel that the stylist listened to what I wanted or what I told her to be aware of with my child's hair. He has curls with multiple cowlicks. I said not to take too much off the front because of this. Unfortunately she did & then stated she didn't realize the cowlick was there or that it would go up that much. All I could say at the time was well I told you multiple times. I'm still upset about how much she took off. Almost all of his beautiful curls are now just frizz. I don't think I'll be bringing my son back.

Not very happy with my sons haircut. Way too short and didn’t even warn how short the stylist was cutting. We had to fix long hairs she missed. Uneven bangs and the area around the neck doesn’t look good at all. And a large red mark behind ear where skin is irritated. Sorry to say we won’t be coming back. Hope you don’t continue this low quality.

I just didn’t feel comfortable today. Something seemed off in the salon. There was bad energy, and that’s the only way I can describe it. I’m not sure if the stylists weren’t feeling well or what, but the service suffered.

I looked for a special place for my baby's first haircut, prior to my appointment, they sent a list of protocols used now during the pandemic, but when none of that happened, it was like having gone in non-COVID-19 time , the place (Gahanna) did not seem pleasant to me, and the person with whom my son attended did not show an affinity for children, my baby immediately started crying when they sat him in a car and she just kept cutting his hair ignoring his crying, finally I asked him to take him in my arms and to cut him like that and so it turned out perfect, but I did not feel good in the place with my baby, I will look for another place.
