We have had a much better experience at the Polaris shop. We dont usually have good experiences at the Gahanna shop.

Our regular stylist would have been on overtime when our appointment was scheduled for my 2 boys. No one called to see if we wanted to reschedule. The lady who gave my boys a haircut that day did a less than satisfactory job. We walked out not very happy with the haircuts they got.

There was a woman standing over the woman covering the desk. She had the air of being an owner or manager, perhaps. She did not seem to be a stylist. She talked to me while I paid, figures out my tip and running my card, the entire time talking to me in a way that made me feel like I was a child that had never paid for a haircut before or use a credit card reader. I *think* she was trying to be helpful but felt so condescending. I had not seen her before, so I'm not sure if her name nor her role. I just wanted her to stop talking and this is very contradictory to how I normally fee about people, even frustrating individuals. It is my hope that she does not look over the employees shoulders and make them stress while doing their jobs.
