The lady who cut my son's horoscope seemed a bit agitated (maybe from a phone call she had with someone while in the bathroom as she stepped out from the bathroom visibly upset). When she was cutting my son's hair, I almost wanted to stop her as she was a bit rough. I am satisfied with the end result (the haircut itself); however, I would expect her to be gentler the next time.

My son is always super comfortable getting his hair cut. We have taken him to this location since his very first time and the stylists are always patient and friendly!
