My 3 year old needed just the top of his hair trimmed. Not the sides. He was in the chair for less than 5 minutes. Stylist did a great job on the hair but the cutting process seemed extremely rushed and I felt like she wanted to just be done quickly. When we were finished she asked if I had any coupons. I said no. She then charged me $16.95 which I understand is the published “haircut” price but that was hardly enough work to justify charging that much for a 3 year old trim! I assumed they would give me a lower rate since we barely had any hair cut. I still tipped her 20% but was shocked by the charge.

We’re returning customers and will definitely be coming back. The staff always do what they can to accommodate my children, which is why we come back. They only downside was that the stylist smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. This wasn’t necessarily a huge deal, but just a little unprofessional at a children’s facility. Overall, it is a great place to take kids for a haircut.
