My son has been to Cookie Cutters since his very first haircut and hasn’t had a single bad experience. Stylist Kassandra is excellent and she always makes it a fun time. Oliver enjoys coming to the salon because he knows it’s where he can play in the big tree and get a token for a toy egg after his cut. Love it!

Cassandra is amazing! My teenage son is very shy and she can always get her to talk and tonight he said when he got in the car he said she's so much fun to talk to! She cuts his hair better than anyone!

Our son came for his hair cut with long beautiful curls, we asked for it to just tighten up around the bottom to get rid of the mullet look that was growing in. The stylist said she was going to trim it along the ears and back, but she cut it down so short he looks like a different child. He doesn't have a single curl left and her comment was "well they should grow back!". When she explicitly said "trim", I would never have assumed she was going to cut his hair where she needed to use a shaver to trim it. I do not believe we will go back. My husband was definitely horrified when I brought our son home!
