We have gone here for years with no issues. Today, my son's hair was totally chopped off. I am very frustrated. My husband and son clearly said what was to be done. Yet when they got home it is uneven and a good 2 inches shorter than what my son wanted. It looks aweful.

Kass is the best! Parker use to cry when he got his hair cut, and of course he is growing up so that helps. But she is always so patient and sweet with him. Lets him pick his seat and a tv show to watch. She always makes it fun for him while engaging in conversation with me. We get the same quality hair cut each time and a very pleasant experience. She is so sweet!
