Love taking my son her! Whether my sons having a good day, where he’ll let his hair get cut or a bad day where he’s not having it and getting a hair cut seems impossible they always do a great job and are always so kind and patient!!!!

A little overpriced for kids haircuts. Also, didnt really listen to what I had to say about my daughters cut.

The stylists are great, but we weren’t seen until 30-40 minutes past our appointment time, which is frustrating. For busy parents with active toddlers, that wait is really tough, especially after a long day of work. I’d chalk it up to an off night, except we actually left the salon two days ago for similar reasons (waited 25 min past our scheduled appointment and left without a cut, because we didn’t have time to wait). Seems like there may be a process problem (either over-booked appointments, or appointments too close together). We’ll go back but probably avoid weeknights.

I'm glad i came to this location we had a slight mishap with the one located in Polaris and the receptionist there was not very pleasant and was not helpful. The staff at the Gahanna location was very polite and friendly and I appreciated how well my child was cared for.

Although his haircut was very nice, And our stylus was very friendly, our appointment was at 2:00, and our requested stylist did not arrive until 2:10. Then she attended to some other business at the counter,. Although we were not in a huge hurry, we ended up not leaving until almost 3 o'clock.
