The business should have had more than one person working. The only one working was cutting hair and answering the phones.

I think the price is a little high for kids haircut, especially for a 1 year old who doesnt have a lot of hair. Most salons charge $25 for an adult haircut.

Our boys had a great time getting their haircut here. They got to sit in the cool chairs and had tv, games, and play area all handy to keep them entertained. Will definitely be back.

I washed and conditioned my daughters fine hair and took her in for a blow dry and flatiron. 2 hours and $45 later she was done. I explained that I did not think it’d be that much since a Womens shampoo, blow dry and cut is $28. They were charging that much because it took 2 hours. I explained that the reason it took so long was because they did not have the correct products or tools (no blow dryer attachment and a bad flatiron). They were nice enough to refund my money. It appears their business model is built around white, straight hair and white straight hair only. If your child’s hair has any type of curl I would not go. As I was leaving I realized I should’ve known, as there aren’t even any kids of color in pictures around the salon. Although the salon is in gahanna, a very diverse area, they are only equipped to serve part of the population.
