I think most customer would appreciate a bigger sign for the Covid compliance rules. So that if they have smaller children they don’t have to get out of the car to read the sign and then get back in to wait in line. It’s just a lot for those with younger kids. I understand my son was not cooperating very much, but both of his ears were bleeding at the top. The stylist just didn’t seem to work well with children, she did not have a pleasant disposition.

We had a great experience! The staff was great, the place was great, and the price was great! Our son enjoyed playing in the play area for the short wait, he loved getting to sit in the car during the cut, and they even turned on his favorite movie. They also put together a cute little certificate with a photo and lock of hair since it was his first cut for just a couple dollars more. Our stylist made it look easy and we were shocked by how smooth the process went - we’ll definitely be coming back.

Stylists did such a great job with all 3 kids. They listened to what they wanted and everyone left smiling.

I don't feel that the stylist listened to what I wanted or what I told her to be aware of with my child's hair. He has curls with multiple cowlicks. I said not to take too much off the front because of this. Unfortunately she did & then stated she didn't realize the cowlick was there or that it would go up that much. All I could say at the time was well I told you multiple times. I'm still upset about how much she took off. Almost all of his beautiful curls are now just frizz. I don't think I'll be bringing my son back.

The stylists were absolutely wonderful. My son was really afraid to get his hair cut after a bad experience and they were so patient with him, I really appreciated it!
