The lady at the front was rude, she did not greet. The hair cutter looked like she hates her job and made my son look like he is bald. She gave him the worst hair cut. They were rude to my other toddler who just came with me while I was helping my son who was getting his hair cut.

Great experience! I didn’t know how my son would handle his first haircut, but they did a great job making him feel comfortable. Sure he cried, but that was expected! :) I’d recommend Cookie Cutters to other parents.

Ainsley and Kim are truly the best! And we have tried several places and come back just for them!! But the price for a child’s cut is why I will probably take my 6 kids elsewhere from now on. I’d rather have cheaper cuts and tip more! Great clips and a few others are less

Ourstylist, Kim, was very good. She was friendly, interacted with both my granddaughter and other children well and we are very pleased with my granddaughters new look. I would recommend her to anyone! The only reason i wasn't able to give the overall experience a 10 was that it's really geared towards younger kids and I realize my granddaughter is poetically aging out of it. At 7, she's not yet ready for a grown up salon but the seating, etc is really geared towards toddlers.
