Need to learn how to better fit in walk-in appointments or appointment errors. It is frustrating to see staff standing around waiting for their next appointment when they could be taking care of the walk in and getting the extra business.

I am sorry to hear that you were not squeezed in when visiting our salon just a few days before Christmas. We are an appointment based salon and try our best to fit in walk-ins but honor the 20 minute appointments that people have booked in advance. I hope that you will give us another chance and usually just calling ahead a few hours will allow us to provide an appointment time that will fit your schedule. I've taken my son to the Gahanna location since his first haircut. We always get great service and attention. However, today was different. We were 3 minutes late for our 11am appointment and they were sure to point that out right away (I have a 2 year old, sometimes schedules are altered due to behavior. Anyone with kids should understand that). Anyways, she took us right away and proceeded to very quickly cut his hair. When we got home, my husband had to fix it because it was very uneven on the one side and longer in the very back in a few places that were overlooked. I felt like she rushed through the cut because we were late. Some other little details were left out also- she didn't wet his hair before cutting and she didn't put any product in at the end (I had to ask her). I understand that it's 3 days before Christmas and everyone is trying to get their children's hair cut but I'm still a full paying customer ($16 for a kids haircut that lasts 7 min isn't exactly cheap) and I believe the service and haircut could have been better.

The only reason I rated most of these a 10 is because I couldn't rate them an 11. I don't know that Damien would let anybody but Letisha cut his hair.

Cookie Cutters has been our salon of choice for our granddaughters for 7 years! Teresa is our current stylist and we love her! Teresa and the patient, friendly staff are really in tune with children and marvelously accommodate and adjust to their individual/unique needs and preferences.

Normally the providers we get have been very good at cutting my son's hair. Today was not great and it was quite uneven. A second person had to fix it the best she could.
