Normally the providers we get have been very good at cutting my son's hair. Today was not great and it was quite uneven. A second person had to fix it the best she could.

Our regular stylist would have been on overtime when our appointment was scheduled for my 2 boys. No one called to see if we wanted to reschedule. The lady who gave my boys a haircut that day did a less than satisfactory job. We walked out not very happy with the haircuts they got.

Usually very happy with our experience at this location but I was pretty disappointed with my son’s haircut that he received today. It looked fine when we left the salon because his hair was still wet but after we got home and it had dried I realized how uneven and choppy it looks all over. This was our first visit back since covid started and I am thinking I should’ve just continued doing his haircuts at home.
