They get to choose their favorite fantasy car to sit in during their haircut and each station has a wide selection of kids’ shows and games. If this doesn’t make their haircut experience happy, our stylists are equipped with suckers and balloons and everyone's favorite....the "chicken machine" to reward your child after their haircut experience.

I was very dismayed when we showed up for our appointments only to find out that 1. our appointment times had been changed from what I had booked through the app and 2. the professionals cutting my kids' hair was changed. I had specifically requested times that backed up to each other so we could go from one cut to the next. I had specifically requested the same professional because she always does a nice job with my kids' hair, doesn't make fun of them (as others have at that shop) and that way I only had to tip ONE person. This will likely be one of our last visits to your shop. I was told when I inquired about the changes that "oh, the app sucks, you really should call for appointments." Well, this takes me back to when I used to try and "walk in" when the sign on the door said "Walk Ins WELCOME" and was told "sorry, you really have to make an appointment". This is garbage and not the way a professional business should be run. I can't wait until Funky Scissors opens a shop on our side of town.
