This was honestly the worst experience I've ever had. For one the person that was cutting my son's hair who I don't even know who it was and I assume the manager or whoever was in charge or arguing and bickering in each other the whole time. Also my son didn't even get the haircut I wanted but I was so uncomfortable with the situation that we were in that we just paid for it and left. I completely understand that sometimes there are conflicts but this is ridiculous and it'll take a lot more than I think you guys could actually do for me to ever come back to the salon.

Haircut went okay. Son dropped a brush on the ground and hairstylist picked it up and continued to use instead of grabbing a new brush. The end service was terrible and awkward. The person I’m assuming was the manager critiqued our hairstylist and belittled her in front of us. Kind of ruining the entire experience for our sons first haircut. I would not recommend it to our family or friends. We will not be back.

The front desk female was very rude and not friendly when checking in at the front desk.

I was charged $43 for a kids wash and cut and didn't even get her hair washed!!! The sink had a sign that said broken yet I was still charged this much??!!!for hair to be sprayed with a water bottle... Rip off! And I will NOT be back!!!!!!

I think most customer would appreciate a bigger sign for the Covid compliance rules. So that if they have smaller children they don’t have to get out of the car to read the sign and then get back in to wait in line. It’s just a lot for those with younger kids. I understand my son was not cooperating very much, but both of his ears were bleeding at the top. The stylist just didn’t seem to work well with children, she did not have a pleasant disposition.

I made an appointment for baby's 1st cut. We came in 5 min earlier. Both stylist were busy with other clients. 10 min into our scheduled time we were still waiting. Knowing that appointments should take 20 min per client I didn't want to be late to a class with my child, so I asked how much longer we would need to wait and if it makes sense for us to wait. I was told, that's it's up to me and I could leave. There was not a sign of apology and the hairdresser even made a small talk with another client. The haircut my daughter got was not as I expected from someone who does it every day. She basically just cut straight line in the back and bangs, also just a straight. It made my daughter look like a boy. The place itself is very outdated, chairs are nothing like on a website. Also there are lots of toys for sale laying on lower shelf accessible to a child. And there is a note asking not to play with those toys. I understand that they make extra money from these sales, but when you have to seat there and wait for your appointment with a little kid, it's hard to keep their hands off bright things and it makes experience even more frustrating.
