The stylists are great, but we weren’t seen until 30-40 minutes past our appointment time, which is frustrating. For busy parents with active toddlers, that wait is really tough, especially after a long day of work. I’d chalk it up to an off night, except we actually left the salon two days ago for similar reasons (waited 25 min past our scheduled appointment and left without a cut, because we didn’t have time to wait). Seems like there may be a process problem (either over-booked appointments, or appointments too close together). We’ll go back but probably avoid weeknights.

Although his haircut was very nice, And our stylus was very friendly, our appointment was at 2:00, and our requested stylist did not arrive until 2:10. Then she attended to some other business at the counter,. Although we were not in a huge hurry, we ended up not leaving until almost 3 o'clock.

We have had a much better experience at the Polaris shop. We dont usually have good experiences at the Gahanna shop.

I had an appointment but they were running 20 minutes behind schedule. I think they should have called me if the few appointments prior were running late. They said someone had quit that day. A call would have been nice. (Especially since patrons can only be 7 minutes late)

Stylist Donna was extremely kind. My son is still scared of haircuts and she patiently figured out where would he sit, if he would wear a cape, and what portions of his head would he let her cut. I as really impressed that she could manage to cut his hair in sections, and it turned out looking nice and cohesive. No tears from him. Happy mom to see her son go from shaggy to preppy!

The gala location is great. The Pickerington one would get all low marks. The price of the cuts for kids is ridiculous quite honestly.
