Kim was great!! She did an amazing job on my daughters hair! My daughter is super shy and Kim was more than understanding and made our experience pleasant. Will be back to this location just because of her. It’s very hard to find good service and people who actually care. Appreciate her!

Ansley at the Gahanna location is the absolute BEST! She remembers our name and how we like our hair cut. She's so patient and takes the time to explain to my son what she is going to be doing so there are no surprises. My little guy always has a great experience and leaves looking so cute! Don't know what we'd do without Ansley! Definitely recommend!

We saw Donna for a professional opinion on my son’s longer hairstyle. She gave us advice on how to get the style he wanted and shaped up his hair a bit at no cost! She was so kind and friendly. A great experience and we look forward to seeing her again when the time comes for another haircut.
