Donna was friendly, professional, and quick! My son’s hair looks great. She worked with his cute curls, rather than combing them out/cutting the hair shorter. She made me a bigger fan of this Cookie Cutters, and we’ll be sure to request her next time.

Donna was incredible with my toddler. It was his second hair cut and there were tears but she was so soft and patient and never made it seem like he was behaving poorly. She was able to make his hair look great while he was moving about and I don’t know how she does it! I will keep coming back to see her for both my kids. Thank you.

We had an appointment, but they were very busy so it took 20 minutes before our son was even in the chair. At one, he doesn't quite understand patience yet. But why even make an appointment with a specific hairdresser if you have to wait so long? I do understand it was the Monday before the holidays so I should have probably planned better. However, Stephanie did a great job and she was very sweet with our son. We will for sure be coming back to see her again.
