We love cookie cutters. Our appointment was at 520 but she arrived late due to coming from another store location and she said since she was late we didn't have to pay. We did give her a tip and she was awesome! Very nice and sweet with our son.

With the covid delta spike and the recommendation from health officials that even vaccinated people should wear masks indoors, I was appalled that none of the staff and very few customers were wearing masks. You’re cutting kids’ hair - kids who can’t get vaccinated yet - and kids also can’t wear masks while getting their hair cut. Every adult there should have been wearing a mask for preventative purposes. You guys do great work but we will not be back until my kid is vaccinated and/or masks are required again in your shop.

I have been taking both my boys to cookie cutters since they began getting haircuts. I am consistently pleased with the friendly and professional staff. Their haircuts are done well and at a reasonable cost. I am glad they have both cartoon/movie options as well as video games. Will continue to go to Cookie Cutters and recommend my friends.

This was my daughter's first hair cut. It was quick, easy, and Ansley (I think that's her name) was absolutely fabulous! She was patient, positive, and helped my daughter overcome her fear that she thought she had getting her haircut and with the blow dryer. I'm thrilled how well this went! Thank you so much for your welcoming and loving atmosphere!

The staff were all so friendly and helpful with my son. He was not happy about getting his haircut and everyone went above and beyond to help comfort and distract him. His haircut looked great and he left a happy camper.
