Best experience ever! So friendly and professional. I anticipated full on meltdown for first haircut, but was exact opposite!! My son had so much fun. Will definitely be back and will recommend to others!

Donna was amazing when we had a really tough haircut this weekend, as my son was really scared and upset. She went above and beyond to help us get the haircut completed, and was so incredibly kind.

I looked for a special place for my baby's first haircut, prior to my appointment, they sent a list of protocols used now during the pandemic, but when none of that happened, it was like having gone in non-COVID-19 time , the place (Gahanna) did not seem pleasant to me, and the person with whom my son attended did not show an affinity for children, my baby immediately started crying when they sat him in a car and she just kept cutting his hair ignoring his crying, finally I asked him to take him in my arms and to cut him like that and so it turned out perfect, but I did not feel good in the place with my baby, I will look for another place.
