Great job with girls. However, I booked appointments online & they weren't in system when I arrived. I had confirmation email for both & staff was very friendly, even apologized for the inconvenience. That was my only concern.

The gala location is great. The Pickerington one would get all low marks. The price of the cuts for kids is ridiculous quite honestly.

We had a great time at cookie cutters! We were a walk in so there was an approximate 30 min wait. Next time we will make an appointment because we are for sure going back. With an 18 month old a half hour could be an eternity but it wasn't! The play area was so entertaining, full of toys and other fun kids, that the 30 min went by fast and easy and we had to call off play time to get a hair cut! which went smoothly and quickly, I'd even say he enjoyed it. Our stylist was great with my son AND his hair. Cookie cutters gets all tens from us! we WILL be going back!!!

Our experience was great and the lady helping us was very nice. She made my son feel very comfortable even when he was scared of the clippers and hair dryer.
