People were allowed to wait inside prior to their appointment and with covid growing so fast, I was not comfortable. Additionally, the receptionist interrupted our cut 4 separate times.

Response from Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids

I am very sorry but this was an exception to the rules and current procedure because they had suffered a power surge and the phones and computer were out of service for about 3 days. I think you will find that the normal procedure is to call from your car upon arrival and then they ask you to wait outside until the chair has been thoroughly sanitized. I hope you will consider giving us another try.

At our last visit, Teddy hated every mini of having his haircut, so I had mentally prepared myself for a similar experience today.. but it went awesome! The stylist knew of Teddy’s reaction last visit, and gave his combs to play with, turned on baby bum, and didn’t spray his hair directly with the water to offset any troubles from Teddy... and it worked! She went through his hair with me, and took the time with him to make sure he was Ok- by far the best experience I’ve had at cookie cutters!
